Courses

Managerial /Leadership Training

Your leaders will learn to convey a message to a team, listen and encourage collaboration and involvement. They will investigate and understand the way communication works from the point of view of the colleague and to use the taught techniques to build confidence and rapport within their teams.

They will look at how to deliver performance  conversations, how to handle conflict and how to convey empathy.

Team Strategy Workshop

We help teams to transform their performance by shaping the way they think feel and work together. We facilitate techniques that enable teams to gain greater self-awareness and insight into the impact of their behaviour, its experiences encourages team members to shift, mindsets, innovatively, creatively and flexibly.

Executive Presence

Your management and leadership team will develop the skills for fostering confidence, gravitas and influencing techniques. They will learn to make sure that their messages land and develop the importance of empathy, compassion, warmth and competence.

Influencing Skills

This workshop provides your management and leadership team with a range of practical tools to enable them to develop their emotional intelligence and help them lead relationships productively, in order to get the results they seek.

Working with Change

This course looks at how to successfully navigate change.

Resilience Workshop

Your team will learn how to manage their own behaviour and understand the conflict that arises with change. They will learn techniques of how to work under pressure, to balance unhelpful thoughts and galvanise the motivation, concentration and focus needed to succeed.

Self-Motivation and Leadership Workshop

This course offers tools and techniques on how to manage effectively while keeping motivation high. Our delegates will look at how to deal with conflict, personality types, effective team management meetings and communication skills.

Emotional Intelligence Workshop

This course requires delegates to take ownership of their professional journey and look at behaviours that no longer work for them. They will be fostering self-awareness, self management, relationship management, social awareness and positive behaviours.

Presentation Skills

This course offers tools and techniques to make sure your presentation is delivered with impact. The course covers voice, gravitas, target audience, the language, we use, presence and body language. 
The delegates will have the opportunity of having their presentations videotaped and a feedback session will be given.

Executive Coaching

Blocks of six to twelve sessions will be offered, to help delegates navigate professional obstacles.

Sessions can be face to face or remote.

Effective Coaching

This course offers an insight into five different coaching models.

Adding Value Workshop

This course requires delegates to take ownership of their professional journey and look at behaviours that no longer work for them.

They will look at how they can add value to their departments and company as a whole, and address obstacles that might be hindering their success.

Imposter Syndrome

Imposter syndrome is linked to feelings of self-doubt and intellectual fraud and can lead to failure.

It is also associated with introversion and anxiety and is made worse by overly harsh criticism. It is a problem for perfectionist, setting themselves, impossible goals and risking failure.

So what can we do about it? This workshop explores tools and techniques to help identify and overcome imposter syndrome.

Mentoring Skills

This course looks at how to be an effective mentor. Tools and techniques are taught that help encourage and support your mentee with their professional journey.

Change Acceleration Model

Change is inevitable, employees and management usually refuse to accept change because change is unpredictable, difficult, uncomfortable and risky.
