Nichola recently assisted us with the development and facilitation of an executive away day focusing on developing and building a strong and agile exec team. Nichola was able to meet the brief of an interactive and thought provoking yet not overly exhausting day, she spent time developing a brief, presenting a proposed day and making the tweaks we requested as a business.

The magic that Nichola brings to the day lies in her blend of skills, knowledge and background.
